First up is our (totally free) brand assessment call where I’ll learn #allthethings about you and your biz and we can decide if we’re a good fit to move forward.
Next, we’ll getcha’ on the calendar for your strategy session where we’ll go through your entire online presence with a fine-tooth comb & create our project blueprint.
You’ll have a good bit of homework – gathering pics, telling me about colors you hate, sending me passwords, writing your website copy (don’t stress, I have TONS of templates for you 
) stuff like that – and then we can get started!
Day one

Now I get to work my magic. THIS is the part where most people drop the ball… you don’t just need to look “pretty + professional” online, you need it to *FEEL* right, right?
Sally-Sue-the-wannabe-VA that taught herself Photoshop ain’t gonna’ cut it. You need a REAL designer that can understand your vision and execute it to perfection. And not to brag or anything, but that’s EXACTLY what I do best.

When can we start?!
The top bar of this web page is always up to date on booking times.
I only take a few clients per month for this program because hey, it’s a lot of work and my clients deserve my full attention! Make sure to schedule your free assessment ASAP so we can get started sooner rather than later.
How long with this process take?
My part of this thing takes ONE week – 5 days total. You’ll have a teensy bit of homework to complete before we get started, so the sooner you get that knocked out, the sooner we can start!
If we’re doing anything extra, (think: membership site, your freebie + nurture sequence, etc.) that’ll obvs take a bit longer. We’ll chat specifics after your free assessment when I have a better idea of your goals.
Do you offer payment plans?
Of course – we’ll find an option that works for you!
If you choose to do a payment plan, a 10% fee will be added to the total price. Once the final payment is received, the final design files + website materials will be released to you.
What if my design is already done and I only need a website?
What website platform will it be on?
I work with WordPress + Divi because they’re the absolute BEST for scale and growth (not to mention the design ability).
I built + designed my own themes specifically for WordPress because it’s the most flexible program out there. I’m all about doing things RIGHT the first time, so I love that WordPress will grow with me and my clients no matter what we decide to use it for in our businesses.
And as for Divi… dang. It’s SUPER easy to build everything in real time on the front-end – which means looking at NO code. Just drag things, move things, type things, do ALL the things you want really quickly and easily.
I will make it super freaking easy for you to become a MASTER of your site in no time.
That said… I CAN work with Squarespace, Kajabi, Wix, etc. if you’re just really set on your platforms. An additional fee will be added due to the extra time it takes me to build things from scratch versus using my own WordPress custom library.
Are there any additional costs I need to know about?
I just need you to have your domain name and website hosting taken care of. But don’t stress – if you don’t have this done yet, I can help you decide which ones will work best for you! Or I can take care of this for you, too.
How hard will it be to make changes to the website myself?
- I use WordPress + Divi because they make everything SUPER easy
- The Brand Boldly Theme (my custom designed theme) is set up strategically to help you find everything you need without getting overwhelmed
- We’ll have a 1:1 walk-through once I’m done building the site to teach you how everything works + answer any and all questions you may have
- Or if you just don’t wanna’ deal with it at all, my monthly website hosting package includes built in design time each month to make updates for you.
Does it do SEO and other things I need?
Yes! Another reason why I love WordPress! You can get plugins to do pretty much anything you need including SEO. I’ll also set up basic SEO on your top level website pages for you!
What if I need additional work at a later date?
I got you, boo.

Can you design my e-commerce website?
Nope, sorry Charlie. That ain’t my thang. I specialize in brand strategy + websites for service-based businesses and I like to stay in my zone of genius.
