During onboarding, we’ll set you up with a few different tools to make communication and project management easy peasy. This will include an invite to:

• Asana: Asana is an online project management platform where discussions about your retainer will happen. This is also where we’ll recap meeting notes, assign tasks and more. If you need extra support or have more questions between our monthly calls, add them to Asana! While notifications will push to email, a permanent record will remain in Asana with timestamps.
• Google Drive: This shared folder will contain multiple documents, including what we’re working on this month, a parking lot of ideas for the future, a content audit, important links/passwords and more.
• Reporting dashboards: We’ll set up detailed reports tracking all KPIs (key performance indicators) to ensure all sales funnel data and performance is monitored, understood, and applied. My goals is to make sure you are getting the most out of your funnels and lead generation strategy, from the top of the funnel all the way down to the sale.
• Monthly Zoom calls: We’ll touch base once per month to make sure we’re on the same page with our goals and priorities.

I get it, you don’t want to wait months for results. But I’ve also been doing this long enough to know that jumping right into random, disjointed tactics won’t produce sustainable results.

That’s why we start each retainer relationship by developing a strategic plan that balances quick wins with long-term strategy.

In the first month, you can expect a(n):

• Detailed kickoff call to help me learn about your business
• In-depth review of brand standards, existing collateral and other sales and marketing material
• Account strategy plan with personas, customer journey, competitors and more
• Three-month marketing game plan outlining your main goals and how we will work toward achieving them
• Chunk of time dedicated to checking must-have items off of your immediate to-do list

Some of my favorite tools are Asana, Notion, Dubsado, WordPress, AccessAlly, Voxer, Easy Webinar, Active Campaign, ManyChat, Interact, Zapier, and Zoom. 

But I’ve also worked extensively with Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Webflow, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, Acuity, Convert Kit, Infusionsoft/Keap, Clickfunnels, and so so so many more.
